General Delivery info
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed.
Delivery times are to serve as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
Weekend orders are shipped by the following Monday (excluding Public Holidays), including priority shipments. Depending on the courier that you picked during checkout, your package may get a limited delivery attempt before it will be returned to us. In event of package being returned due to failed delivery, re-delivery fees will be charged to the customer according to the delivery options chosen.
Within Singapore: As per the information provided by the shipper, the order will arrive in 2-4 working days. Please note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.
Outside Singapore: All shipments are sent using one of our reputable courier agencies. Generally, the delivery will take 3-14 working days to arrive depending on the Country/City. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your shipment online. Delivery times may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, mode of delivery, and the items ordered.
Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Innove Couture ships worldwide. Outside the US, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case for some reason you wish to Exchange or Cancel your merchandise, we allow returns or exchanges up to 14 days from the date of order received.
We will need receipt or proof of purchase , the item must be unused and in the same condition received. Authenticity cards and dust cover (if any) must be included in the original packaging.
The customer will have to bear the shipping fees and any additional costs (taxes and duties, etc) for the return shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss or damages occurred during shipment. Item exchanges would depend on the stock availability. Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged. Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Upon receipt of the returned product, you will be notified via email. Items returned will be inspected at our discretion. Refund or exchange will be processed after inspection. This will take 3-5 working days. in the event that the item(s) is found to not meet the return criteria, item(s) will be shipped back to the customer and shipping fees will be charged to the customer. For item exchanges, if the value of the replacement item is higher than the original item, an e-invoice for the new item will be issued. Once the payment has been received, we will proceed to refund the returned item and ship the new item.
For refunds the customer can choose from the following options:
1. Original payment method
2. Online Voucher amounting to the original item price. Voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
